Design Your Own Box

Please note: We are only able to quote on medium to high volume, regular requirements of bespoke boxes.

If you think we can help, please fill in your requirements below. Completion of this form will provide us with the information required to compile an initial quotation for your corrugated box requirement.
Box Style
You need to choose a style of box from the list below:

  style: 0201
Outer flaps on top and bottom meet in middle

MOST COMMON STYLE

style: 0200
No top - outer bottom flaps meet in the middle

style: 0203
Outer flaps on top and bottom fully overlap

style: 0410
Wrap box - five panels wrap around the product

The above four styles can be produced straight from the machine without any need for any special tools to be made

The carton styles below are special "die-cut" boxes, and a specific tool needs making to produce a carton in your style and size. The cost for this tool will also be shown on your quotation. This is for the first production run - for any subsequent runs the initial tool will be used.

style: 0211
Tuck in lid and tuck in bottom

style: 0215
Tuck in lid and envelope base for easy construction

style: 0427
Pizza style box - front flaps lock into front of carton

  style: 0402
Maltese Cross style wrap requires tape on the top to close

style: Shell & slide
Product is protected by the inner and then slides into the outer

  style: 0426
Pizza style box - flaps tuck inside of the box

All the above boxes would be shipped to you flat, ready to build and use.

Not all box styles will work with all dimensions. If you were to choose a style which is not possible in your dimensions, we would advise you of this and quote for an alternative style.

There are more fefco styles available, the most common designs are shown above. These cover 80-90% of all boxes.

Board Grade
In itself this question does not answer very much, as there are many different grades of each - so a strong single wall may out perform a double wall. However in our experience customers often have a preference for one over the other.

  single wall
Suitable for the vast majority of uses, and by far the most common wall used in the UK is "B" flute single wall corrugated.

double wall
Used for larger and heavier items - a standard double wall will offer greater protection, strength and stack-ability than a standard single wall.

triple wall
Very rarely is triple wall used - because it is not normally necessary (boxes can be designed in double wall which offer immense strength, and it is far more expensive.

Dimensions
By convention all corrugated boxes are measured internally as standard - giving the useable space inside the box rather than the outer dimensions which will be slightly larger. Boxes are also all measured in the same way (length x width x height).
