Product Information:
The hopper is a heavy duty bag with an internal metal frame that allows the
bag to stay open and supports the contents. The unit can be attached to any existing
support frame in your warehouse using a rope and pulley system (which is supplied
with every hopper). Alternatively you can purchase one of our mobile support stands
to hang the dispenser from. Each hopper has a clear tube attached at the bottom
with a spring loaded scissor clip for accurate and controlled dispensing.
Our void fill hoppers are available in two sizes: 30 cubic feet
or 60 cubic feet (our standard void fill comes in 15 cubic feet bags, as shown in
the bottom picture to the left). Each hopper comes packed with the following parts:
- 2 x pulleys
- 6 meters of nylon cord
- 1 x flow control / scissor valve
- 2 x hose clips
Our mobile dispenser stand can be used in conjunction with our void fill hopper systems.
The unit allows a 30 cubic or 60 cubic feet bag to be suspended and secured in your
packing area. The adjustable height of the support frame allows you to set the bag
at the most comfortable dispensing height for you (max height of top hanging bar
is 11 feet).
