Industrial heat sealers
Simple to operate, ergonomically designed manual impulse heat sealer for warehouse use.
These models can make 3-4 seals a minute. They have a built-in knife for cutting off excess material and a seal depth of 2mm.
The sealing time can easily be adjusted to suit a range of different materials.
Our 500mm option includes an electromagnet which holds the jaws in place for a perfect seal. This regulates the cooling cycles and heat applied. It also helps to avoid damages on the larger model.
Warranty & return information
All our heat sealers are supplied with a 12-month warranty that covers any faulty workmanship. The machine will need to be returned to our engineers, please contact us for more information. The warranty does not cover any consumable parts including PTFE strips and heating elements.
If you experience any faults with your sealer that cannot be fixed by replacing the consumable parts, give us a call and one of our technical advisors will help diagnose the problem and arrange for it to be repaired if necessary. You will need to return the unit, and providing the problem can be identified we always aim to have your unit fixed as soon as possible. We regret that during the repair period we cannot supply a temporary sealer to you.

Our industrial heat sealers are quick and easy to operate, to be used in conjuction with our layflat tubing to create custom sized polythene bags. It features adjustable sealing times, a light indicator and built in cutter for trimming excess material. Simply insert the material, lower the sealer arm, wait for the bag to seal and use the cutter to trim the material, ready for the next bag.
