Commercial Manager - Harlow

As a member of Kite's management team, with responsibility for the day to day running of our Harlow branch, we're looking for an experienced candidate ideally, although not exclusively from the packaging industry. You will need to embrace the following key areas:

Business Development / Account Manager

Kite Packaging is a dynamic company which is growing at a fantastic rate through innovation and working hard.

We are looking for Business Development / Account Managers to join us with a view to developing a long term career in Account Management within Kite.

We need someone who stands out from the crowd when it comes to drive and ambition, but that's not enough. You must have proven sales experience combined with the ability to perform all aspects of the role to include presenting, managing customer relationships, developing leads and, of course, closing the sale. Whilst packaging experience is a plus, training is available for strong candidates.

Telesales Sales Executive

Kite Packaging Ltd are a unique packaging company who pride themselves on delivering solutions to businesses with a high end service level and as such have won top awards for innovation.

We are currently offering superb and exciting opportunities for 16 excellent sales people to join our Coventry based Call Centre.

The ideal candidate for this role will be target driven, with the proven ability to cold call and convert business over the telephone as well as data capture.

Main responsibilities for the Telesales Sales Executive include:

  • Outbound B2B sales
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Meeting all KPI's set by the Call Centre Manager
  • Ensuring sales consistency
  • Communicating effectively

Skills/Attributes:

  • Target driven
  • Self-motivated
  • Confident
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to negotiate effectively and overcome objects
  • Team Player

Previous experience in sales as a Telesales Sales Account Manager is desirable, although not essential.

The roles are for permanent sales people to join our existing online packaging division. We offer a competitive basic salary + Team bonus and an excellent fast paced and fun working environment. Hours of work are between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
