There is no minimum order value.

What is the cut-off time for next day deliveries?

The cut-off time for next working day deliveries is 4:00pm. If you place an order before this time, it will be processed and dispatched the same day and delivered to you the next. If you place an order after 4:00pm, it will be processed and dispatched the next working day and delivered to you the day after.

How will Kite Packaging deliver my order?

We use a national carrier to deliver goods to your door. The delivery times and prices are listed in the table on this page.

Next Day deliveries will be delivered between 08:30 and 17:30.
Saturday deliveries will be delivered between 08:30 and 13:00.

Our courier service is Nightfreight. Unlike rival organisations, Nightfreight uniquely provides a total service capability encompassing every delivery opportunity from single parcels to complex logistics solutions across a growing business to business and business to privates and residential addresses.

Can you deliver to my area?

Kite Packaging can only accept orders for delivery to UK or Eire addresses. We can not deliver to P.O Box addresses.

Do you deliver overseas?

Unfortunately not. We deliver to mainland UK (excluding BFPO addresses).

Are deliveries from Kite Packaging safe and secure?

Kite Packaging is an IDIS-accredited retailer. This ensures that your internet shopping delivery is safe.

The items offered for sale on this site are stock lines. Under normal circumstances, they will always be in stock and available for despatch.

We will dispatch completed orders as soon as the payment has been received.

Can I collect my order?

Kitepackaging.co.uk is an online shop, and we can deliver your order to your door throughout all of the UK. However it is not possible for you to collect your order directly from our warehouses.
