Bank Holiday Delivery Information

Due to the Bank Holiday, there will be no deliveries made on Monday 27th May 2013.
Next Day orders placed between 4:30pm on Thursday 23rd May and 4:30pm on Friday 24th May will be delivered on Tuesday 28th May.

Saturday AM deliveries are unaffected.

Standard delivery is FREE for UK mainland orders over £100*

What is the cut-off time for next day deliveries?

The cut-off time for next working day deliveries is 4:30pm. If you place an order before this time, it will be processed and dispatched the same day and delivered to you the next. If you place an order after 4:30pm, it will be processed and dispatched the next working day and delivered to you the day after.

How will Kite Packaging deliver my order?

We use a national carrier to deliver goods. The delivery options and prices are listed in the table at the top of this page.

Please note: We are only able to make deliveries to the ground floor entrance point of your business or home, or a loading bay.

Next Day deliveries will be delivered between 08:30 and 17:30.
Saturday deliveries will be delivered between 08:30 and 13:00.

Can you deliver to my area?

Kite Packaging can only accept orders for delivery to UK or Eire addresses. We can not deliver to P.O Box addresses.

Do you deliver overseas?

Unfortunately not. We deliver to mainland UK (excluding BFPO addresses).

Are deliveries from Kite Packaging safe and secure?

Kite Packaging is an IDIS-accredited retailer. This ensures that your internet shopping delivery is safe.

The items offered for sale on this site are stock lines. Under normal circumstances, they will always be in stock and available for despatch.

We will dispatch completed orders as soon as the payment has been received.

Can I collect my order?

Kitepackaging.co.uk is an online shop, and we can deliver your order to your door throughout all of the UK. However it is not possible for you to collect your order directly from our warehouses.
