How do I place an order? We are an online business and all orders are placed via our website. When you order online you get direct access to our dynamic range of products, competitive prices and expedient delivery service.
How do I know if my order has been received?
You should receive an order confirmation via email when we have processed your order, and a second email when it is despatched. Also, you can track your order progress online from the "view orders" page. Click here to go there now
Can I place an order from overseas?
Yes. Customers from abroad can both register and place an order, as long as the order is for delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland (excluding BFPO addresses).
Do you deliver overseas?
Unfortunately not. We deliver to mainland UK (excluding BFPO addresses). Please click here to see our delivery page for more details.
How much do I need to order?
There is no minimum order value. Some of our products are sold individually, but most of them are sold in pack quantities. For these products, the minimum order is a single pack.
Can I get better prices for larger quantities?
Packaging is a quantity sensitive product. Most of the products for sale on this site have bulk discounts set up, and these will always will be displayed where relevant. Whenever you order multiple items or packs online, you will automatically be charged the lowest applicable price.
Can I buy custom made packaging?
You can get a quote for custom sized boxes or postal tubes online. Simply fill out a short form and you will received a quotation within 1 working day. Please click here to go to our customised packaging page

For more complicated bespoke packaging (or to have it printed) you should contact our parent company, Kite Packaging. The vast majority of their business is designing and supplying packaging custom made for a particular use. Should you have a requirement for this, please contact your local branch – their details can be found at www.packwithkite.com.
Can I open an account?
Yes - we ask all customers to create an account, to help track their order history and store their address details. Registering also makes placing future orders a far simpler process. When visiting us again just enter your email address and password and the rest of your details will drop in automatically. You will also be able to view any current or previous orders, making it simple to reorder your favourite packaging products. We will never share any of your details with third parties.
