What are The Packaging Regulations?
The Producer Responsibility (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007 originally came into force in 1997 and place an obligation on companies which exceed certain thresholds to assess the amount of packaging they handle and contribute towards the cost of recycling in the UK.
