VACANCY:
Class II multi-drop truck driver
Portsmouth

To support the continued expansion plans of our Portsmouth RDC site, we are looking to a recruit a class II multi-drop truck driver.

The role is integral to our distribution operation where you’ll be working in a fast paced environment as part of the wider RDC team. We are looking for a candidate that is able to develop in our business, and share our passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service.

Principal responsibilities:

  • Multi drop deliveries covering the South Coast
  • Care and cleaning of your vehicle
  • Picking sales orders accurately
  • Assisting with dispatch/loading/goods-in activities as required
  • Work well within a team environment.

Personal attributes:

  • Physically fit
  • Self-disciplined
  • Numerate and literate
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills

Requirements:

  • Class 2 Driving License
  • Flexibility and Good work ethic
  • Digital Tachograph
  • Driver CPC

  • Holiday entitlement: 20 days per annum, in addition to bank holidays

  • Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
