Mini air cushions are highly versatile and can be used for a variety of packing tasks.
Here are some step-by-step guides on how to use air cushions to fill voids, block and brace, protect corners, wrap products, layer and cross-layer. We've suggested which type of cushion to use for each, but this can vary depending on the product you are protecting and the space that needs to be filled.
Please read the Mini Air handbook (included with the machine and available to download in PDF form here) for full instructions on how to correctly set up the machine. Air volume and temperature settings for roll type can also be found on the side of the machine.
