Single wall cardboard dividers
Our 100% recyclable universal dividers provide the perfect packing solution for cartons when goods need segmented protection. Sold in packs of 50 units, each divider measures 24 inches, but with perforations every 6 inches. With these easy-tear perforations, users can slot and configure a different, customised size for a variety of applications. Each one comes flat packed and ready to go, therefore keeping storage space to a minimum and allowing users to assemble with ease.
Their slotting, customisable construction means they can fit a huge variety of different sized cartons and can offer segmented protection for a diverse range of products. Whether you need to divide and protect bottles, ceramics, cosmetics or electrical goods, our universal dividers have got you covered. With an optional layer pad dividers can be layered within a carton, available here are two sizes of cardboard sheet (see table) which fit within boxes that are used with the most common storage of items. How to use our universal dividers and what they could be used for.
Our customisable cardboard dividers are designed so that they slot into each other, allowing for a variety of designs for different applications. Their slot and lock-in construction makes them the perfect, sturdy segmentation system to keep goods protected and seperated. Perforated every 6 inches, they can be easily torn and configured in any way wished. This makes them ideal for a diverse range of packages and goods. Once constructed, they can simply be inserted into the carton ready to be used. Team universal dividers with void fill such as wood wool, paper and bubble wrap for even more protection. Dividers can also be stacked, create the first layer, add a layer pad such as correx or cardboard sheets and repeat.
