About the Role

Perfect for a highly driven, self-motivated candidate wanting to make an impression. Have you explored the capabilities of AI? Got opinions on how things could be improved? Want to drive change and make a difference? Then this is the role for you.

This year-long graduate placement focuses on building AI-powered tools. You will initially help design and deliver practical solutions designed to impact the business. You will develop your skills and learn to apply them to maximise efficiency and performance throughout the organisation.

You will learn the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping through testing, rollout, and handover.

Keys areas of learning include:

• Building and refining AI agents that support data gathering and entry.
• Creating and improving data collection workflows.
• Summarizing and structuring information from approved sources.
• Translating business requirements into deliverables and technical tasks.
• Producing clear documentation.
• Testing, issue resolution, and iterative improvements.
• Presenting progress, outcomes, and recommendations.

What we're looking for

• Have worked with and implemented AI in personal or university projects.
• A student actively exploring AI, preferably from Business, Economics, or Maths
• Strong interest in AI and automation.
• Ability to work with structured data, logic flows, and process-driven problem solving.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Great attention to detail.
