Returns Policy

You must log in to your account to create a return.

If you have receive damaged or defective products, we apologise in advance and ask you to please call us on
02476 420065 and ask for customer services.

Standard no-fault returns

  1. Goods can only be returned up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery.
  2. Products are returned at your own cost, unused and undamaged in their original packaging.
  3. The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received on Kite Packaging's premises.
  4. For returns to be processed and refunded, you need to complete the online returns form and clearly attach the resulting form to the outside of the goods.
  5. Goods must be returned in full pack quantities. We cannot offer any refunds on partial packs.
  6. For no-fault goods returned by the customer, Kite Packaging will refund the price paid minus a re-stocking administration fee of 15% of the value of the order.
  7. Refunds don’t include delivery charges.
  8. Kite Packaging will endeavour to process all returns within 3 days of receipt of the return.
