About the Role

This is a year-long graduate placement focused on building AI-powered tools in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365. You will initially help design and deliver practical solutions for prospect enhancement and data collection, improving how sales and marketing teams identify, qualify, and engage potential customers. You will then further develop your skills and apply them to enhance efficiency and performance with AI tools to other areas of the business. You will work across the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping through testing, rollout, and handover.

Areas you'll be involved in:

You will work across a range of business disciplines with a focus on implementing AI solutions that make a real business impact. These areas include:

AI assistant and agent development in Copilot Studio for prospect research and guided data capture.
Dynamics 365 CE configuration and process support for leads, accounts, contacts, and activities.
Data quality improvement initiatives, including validation, enrichment, and consistency checks.
Workflow and automation design using Copilot Studio and the Power Platform.
Stakeholder collaboration with across the business.
Responsible AI and data governance practices, including privacy and secure handling of prospect data.

Key responsibilities include:

Building and refining AI copilots/agents that support prospect insight gathering and data entry.
Creating and improving data collection workflows integrated with Dynamics 365 CE.
Prototyping automations to summarize and structure prospect information from approved sources.
Translating business requirements into deliverable user stories and technical tasks.
Producing clear documentation, including solution notes, process guides, and handover materials.
Participating in testing, issue resolution, and iterative improvements based on user feedback.
Presenting progress, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders throughout the placement.

Essential Experience:

A student currently studying:

AI in Business, Business, Economics, Maths

You should have the following skills:

Strong interest in AI, automation, and business applications.
Have worked with and implemented AI in personal or university projects.
Ability to work with structured data, logic flows, and process-driven problem solving.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Good attention to detail, especially in data quality and documentation.

Any of the additional skills would be a bonus:

Foundational understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 concepts.
Understanding of version control and deployment pipelines.
Implementation of multiple agents working together.
