The Opportunity

Kite Packaging is launching their 2023/2024 Business Development Manager Programme, designed for those who have a talent for selling and want to develop a career in field sales. From its start in 2001, Kite Packaging has grown to a £160m company and through the Academy is recruiting candidates to join its existing 40 strong field sales team.

We are looking for ambitious candidates to join the Field Sales Academy team with the potential to progress into Kite Business Development Managers.

Running over an 18 to 24-month period, the successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive sales training programme, designed to give exposure to a wide range of Kite’s sales functions and activities.

What we’re looking for

Candidates must:

• ­Have work experience within a customer interfacing business environment
• ­Be highly self-motivated and have hunger to succeed
• ­Be able to self-manage and plan effectively
• ­Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in order to create rapport
• ­Be driven by targets and be passionate about what they do
• ­­Have a full UK driver’s licence
• ­Operate out of their local Kite Regional Distribution Centre
