As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our sales operations and delivering exceptional service to our valued B2B customers. This position requires a proactive, organised individual with strong administrative skills and a customer-first mindset.
The role of Commercial Analyst:
The role will specifically cover the following areas:
- Support for all internal areas of the business: Customer service, Purchasing and Supply Chain, Warehouse
- Manage project budgets, revenue and cost control
- Review of operational processes to improve efficiency
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Problem solve and resolve issues
- Innovate and work on continuous improvement
Key Skills and Essential Experience:
Essential requirements for the role:
- Educated to Degree standard
- Be commercially minded with a strong analytical background
- Demonstrate strong mathematics and numeracy, ideally A Level Maths
- Data driven
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an office environment
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365
