We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Analyst to join our office team based in Rotherham.

As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our sales operations and delivering exceptional service to our valued B2B customers. This position requires a proactive, organised individual with strong administrative skills and a customer-first mindset.

The role of Commercial Analyst:

The role will specifically cover the following areas:

  • Support for all internal areas of the business: Customer service, Purchasing and Supply Chain, Warehouse
  • Manage project budgets, revenue and cost control
  • Review of operational processes to improve efficiency
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Problem solve and resolve issues
  • Innovate and work on continuous improvement

Key Skills and Essential Experience:

Essential requirements for the role:

  • Educated to Degree standard
  • Be commercially minded with a strong analytical background
  • Demonstrate strong mathematics and numeracy, ideally A Level Maths
  • Data driven
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an office environment
  • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365
