Customer Administrator

About the Team
As a Customer Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our operations and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. This position requires a proactive, organised individual with strong administrative skills and a customer-first mindset.
The role of Customer Administrator:
In this role, you will be responsible for the following key areas:.
- Supporting the full business cycle, from enquiry through to delivery i.e. processing orders for the manufacturing team, including processing sales orders, preparing paperwork, allocating stock and other administration around the office
- Ensuring a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Managing customer accounts and building strong client relationships
- Reach out to potential customers to generate enquiries, leads and adding to their own portfolio of companies.
Key Skills and Essential Experience:
Essential requirements for the role:
- 2 year’s experience in a Customer Service/Admin role
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Educated to A-Level Standard (or equivalent)
- Demonstrate strong mathematics and numeracy
The successful candidate will also have the following key skills:
- Be a strong and accurate administrator
- Be outgoing, positive and have excellent communication skills, particularly on the telephone
- Be commercially minded
- Be a flexible and supportive member of the team
- Manage a healthy workload and maintain focus and organisation
- Be able to understand and effectively follow company process and procedure
- Have a track record of customer service success and a desire to improve the customer experience
- Show a desire to learn about new and existing products
