Customer Service Representative

The role of Customer Service Representative:
www.kitepackaging.co.uk is the eCommerce platform for Kite Packaging, a leading UK-wide distributor of packaging products delivered through a national carrier network. Due to the high volume of daily orders and dispatches, we receive a significant number of customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat relating to deliveries, order updates, and general product queries.
Key Skills and Essential Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an office-based customer service environment, along with the following key skills and attributes:
- A clear, professional, and confident telephone manner
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of calls and customer queries effectively
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent administrative and organisational abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines
- Comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously and managing competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A proactive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to support the team and customers
