Junior Consultant Kite Environmental Solutions Coventry

Location: Coventry - (Kite Environmental Solutions)

Based at our modern, state-of-the-art offices in Coventry, this is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who is looking to build a career in a dynamic, customer-focused business environment. At Kite, you’ll have the chance to develop your commercial awareness, customer relationship skills, and business management expertise while working as part of a supportive and knowledgeable team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with a range of companies across the UK, helping them understand and comply with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations. You’ll support customers by analysing and interpreting packaging data, providing guidance on reporting requirements, and helping them navigate regulatory changes with confidence.

No two days are the same. You’ll manage your own portfolio of customers and gain exposure to a wide variety of responsibilities, including building relationships with clients, analysing data, solving problems, supporting marketing activities, and occasionally visiting customer sites. This is a great opportunity to develop strong commercial, analytical, and communication skills early in your career.

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, and enjoys working with people as well as data.

Soft Skills:

• Experience in a customer-facing role (ideally 1-2 years)
• Strong relationship building skills and the ability to develop rapport with customers
• A confident communicator who can interact effectively with people at all levels
• Good numercial ability with strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and self motivated

Education Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree within a minimum 2:1 classification
• Achieved a minimum of B,B,C grades in x3 A-Levels or equivalent
• Minimum grade A or 7+ in GCSE Maths

You must also have the right to work in the UK and hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own car.
