The Role
We are seeking a talented Power Platform Developer to join our forward-thinking ERP team at our cutting-edge Coventry headquarters. This is a pivotal role developing, innovating, maintaining, and implementing Power Platform based products through our business. You will consult at all levels of the business in order to develop and deliver product to support the business at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an SME for all Power Platform and Dynamics CE queries
- Designing and building apps, workflows and reporting solutions in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Working with end users to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Developing intuitive, user-focused interfaces and interactive dashboards
- Managing environments, workspaces and related components like SharePoint
- Producing clear technical documentation and supporting clients in owning their solutions
- Advising on licensing and best practice to ensure efficiency and scalability
- Coach and mentor junior team members, developing capability.
- Collaborate with the wider technology team and senior leadership to support Kite’s growth strategy.
What we're looking for
- 3 years minimum experience developing Dynamics CE / CRM
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)
- Comfortable working with oData, PowerFX, JavaScript
- Knowledge of data platforms such as Dataverse, SharePoint and SQL Server
- Knowledge and application of Life Cycle Management
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL v4 or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
