Coventry - E-Commerce division

The Opportunity:

Kite Packaging is launching their 2024 Telesales Academy to be part of our Coventry based E-Commerce division, designed for those who are looking to start a career in Sales. Kite Packaging was founded in 2001 with a unique vision and a philosophy of employee-ownership. We were a true greenfield start up and have grown quickly to be one of the largest packaging distributors in the UK. Kite Packaging has grown to a £160m company and through the Academy is recruiting candidates to join its existing 40 strong call centre sales team.

We are looking for hard working individuals with strong communication skills, drive and determination who would thrive working in a professional fast paced, fun environment

For the Telesales Academy, the successful candidate will not only receive full training and ongoing support but will join a company where career development is a key focus. Following the 6-month training programme, successful candidates graduate and are appointed to permanent role within one of the call centre teams.

    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success either in education or employment. They will have the drive and ambition to be successful in Telesales and show a great level of commitment to their training.

    This is a full-time position 8.30-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
