Expert support when your pallet wrapper breaks down
A fault with your pallet wrapping machine can quickly interrupt your packing operation. Our engineering call-out service helps identify the problem and get you on the way to restoring normal operation.
We’ll start with an initial telephone assessment to understand the fault before arranging an engineer visit where required. Once on site, the engineer will diagnose mechanical or electrical issues and carry out minor adjustments, resets and operational testing where appropriate.
Pallet wrapping machine brands we support
Our engineers can work on pallet wrapping machines from a wide range of leading manufacturers, including Robopac, Siat, C&C Group (IBIS), Cyklop, Omegatech, Spinny, Signode, Noxon, Lantech, Orion, Fromm, Youngsunpack and Extend.
We can also support machines from other manufacturers. If your brand isn’t listed, get in touch and our team can advise whether we can assist.
What happens if further repairs are needed?
Where the fault requires additional labour or replacement components, we’ll identify the work required and provide a quotation for the additional repair.
Replacement parts and further repair work are not included within the initial call-out charge. Any additional work or parts required will be quoted separately and must be approved before they are supplied or completed.
The initial call-out covers the engineer’s attendance, travel and diagnostic time within the included allowance. While our engineers will work to resolve the fault, some repairs may require additional work, replacement parts or a further visit.
