It's Employee Appreciation Day!

Kite extends a big thank you to all of our employees for all the hard work they put into making this company a success. 

As an employee share-owned company, we really do owe our accomplishments to our employees, all of whom bring unique talents, skills and knowledge into the business, making Kite a true force to be reckoned with. 

From helping us win Design Team of the Year at the UK Packaging Awards to raising money for a fellow employee in need during the Great Kite Bake Off – with bakes even Paul Hollywood would be eager to get his hands on! – the dedication of our people really shows in this tight-knit community we have formed.  

Our success demonstrates the triumphs of a business centred on partnership, sharing wealth creation and equal opportunities for everyone involved. To show our appreciation, we like to invest back into our people, providing training and opportunities for betterment where we can. Whether that’s through our Graduate Management Programme, which supports and nurtures participants into Kite managers of the future, or our apprenticeship degree programme, which produces packaging experts who will no doubt take the industry by storm.

Our success has been made possible only by the talent, efforts and determination of our staff who are driven by a collective desire to succeed and that’s why we’re yelling it from the rooftops.
