Kenco sealers – bottle sealing labels

Kenco sealers are a simple and reliable way to keep container lids firmly in place during storage and transport. They are made from a tough, flexible vinyl which allows each label to stretch and mould to the contours of your bottle or jar. This creates a tight seal that helps to prevent leaks, spills or caps coming loose in transit. Features a built-in easy-pull tab that removes the seal in a single motion.

Perfect for food, beverage, personal care, beauty, and cleaning products.

  • Each label measures 1.25” x 7”, with a 6” usable length
  • Fits cap diameters of 0.029” – 1.625”
  • 250 labels per roll
  • Supplied on 3” core

White polythene film (0.083mm) paired with repositionable waterborne acrylic adhesive on a high-density FSC liner (0.055mm). This combination offers strong hold while still allowing customers to remove the label cleanly.

Minimum application temperature is 5˚C with an operational temperature between -20˚C - 100˚C. 2-year shelf life when stored at 20˚C and 50% Relative Humidity.

Directions for use

  • Peel a sealer from the liner.
  • Fold the perforated end so he arrows match to form the easy-pull tab.
  • Starting at the end without the tab, wrap the label around the bottle or container.
  • Once applied, the cap is securely held in place and can only be opened by pulling the tab, giving customers confidence the product hasn’t been tampered with.
  • As with all pressure-sensitive materials, it’s recommended to test the sealer under the real-world conditions to ensure it meets your specific quality standards.
