Our four early-career programmes are designed to turn you into Kite’s next generation of leaders. Each combines immersive, hand-on learning with genuine responsibility. That means you’ll be making meaningful contributions that shape the business – and not just shadowing – from your very first day.

Graduate Management Programme

If you aspire to lead one day, this programme is for you.

We’re on the lookout for confident communicators who are empathetic, decisive, and ready to grow into future management roles. This programme gives you the chance to rotate through key areas of our business – think sales, logistics, procurement, finance, and general management.

You’ll be paired with a Kite senior manager who’ll mentor you through the ins and outs of our operations, offering real exposure to strategic decision-making and business-critical projects.

What to expect:

3 – 4 placements over 18 – 24 months
Regular performance reviews
Bonuses awarded at key milestones

Field Sales Training Academy

For ambitious individuals with a knack for customer relationships, our Field Sales Academy offers an 18–24-month journey toward becoming a Business Development Manager.

You’ll bring energy, resilience, and a hunger to succeed, while we provide the training, support, and business exposure to help you shine.

We’re looking for people who:

Have experience in customer-facing environments
Are highly motivated and organised
Know how to plan their own day
Excel at interpersonal communication
Hold a full UK driver’s licence

Telesales Academy

If you're a driven, quick thinker, and ready to build a career in sales – welcome to our Telesales Academy.

This 6-month programme combines full training with ongoing coaching, equipping you with everything you need to prosper in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.

Management Degree Apprenticeship Programme

Don’t want to take the traditional route to earning a degree?

We get it. Our Management Degree Apprenticeship is fully funded, letting you earn while you learn so you can graduate debt-free.

Over the course of four years, you’ll gain experience in key areas of the business, building essential skills that will help you pave your way into a leadership role.

Alongside your daily responsibilities, you’ll study towards a business-focused BSc (Hons) Packaging Professional degree with Sheffield Hallam University. You’ll attend university 20–25 days a year, with all costs covered. Plus, you’ll be mentored by a Kite senior manager, giving you direct insight into how our business runs.
