Insulated Box Liners

Available in standard and premium grades, our insulated box liners give you flexibility depending on your transit time and thermal requirements. They are lightweight, water-resistant and leak-proof. Side gussets make them easy to pack while providing reliable thermal protection. These liners are used widely across the food & drink and pharmaceutical sectors.

Pair with ice packs or dry ice to maintain chilled or frozen conditions for longer.

Recyclable Insulated Box Liners

If you’re looking for something that is eco-friendly, our paper-based recyclable insulated box liners are a great alternative to traditional insulation materials. Made with 65-micron kraft paper, they are filled with macerated paper to create a thermal barrier that keeps contents cool for up to 24 hours. They are lightweight, 100% recyclable and simple to use. A great option for businesses looking to reduce their environmental impact without compromising thermal performance.

Ice packs

Ice packs play a vital role in maintaining cold chain integrity when used with temperature-controlled packaging. Ours are available as gel packs and ice sheets and have an operating temperature range of −20°C to −30°C. Both adhere to strict food industry standards. Ideal for shipping food, fish and pharmaceuticals.

Polystyrene Boxes

Our polystyrene boxes provide excellent thermal insulation for chilled and frozen shipments. They are made from expanded polystyrene (EPS), hence why they are also referred to as EPS boxes.

Standard boxes can maintain internal temperatures for up to 48 hours, while premium boxes keep goods cool for 72 hours. Ideal for long-distance transport. Lightweight, moisture-resistant and CFC-free, helping to prevent humidity damage and bacterial growth. 100% recyclable.

Thermal Pallet Covers

Thermal pallet covers are great for maintaining the internal temperature of palletised goods. They consist of:

An outer metallised polyester layer to reflect radiant heat and sunlight
An internal bubble wrap layer with further insulating properties
An innermost HDPE layer protecting against low temperatures

Because of this, our thermal pallet covers stabilise temperatures for up to 24 hours. They contain 30% recycled content to support sustainable pallet shipping.

Temperature Controlled Pouches

For smaller shipments of temperature-sensitive goods, our temperature-controlled pouches offer compact, insulated protection. Like our thermal pallet covers, these too feature a metallised outer layer that shields contents from external temperature fluctuations.

Commonly used within the food and drink and pharmaceutical sectors, they are available in standard and premium options. The premium versions contain 30% recycled content for a more eco-conscious packaging choice.
