Paper Void Fill
Our paper void fill is available as rolls or fanfold.
Made from 70gsm recycled paper, the rolls come in standard or heavy-duty options. They have undergone different treatment methods to deliver the appropriate level of strength. Each roll can pack up to 1,000 parcels and creates resilient in-the-box protection when used with our Smart Fill and Smart Cushion dispensers.
The fanfold format is designed for speed and space efficiency. Made from a 70gsm kraft paper, it loads quickly into our void fill dispensers, reducing changeover times and improving pack-line productivity. The compact design enables fast, efficient cushion creation ideal for high-volume fulfilment environments.
Paper Void Fill in a Box
This ready-to-use paper void fill comes in a compact, cardboard dispenser box which can be recycled after use. The void fill roll itself is made from a recycled, 70gsm paper which is kerbside recyclable. This system is easy to use, simply tear off the panel and pull voidfill through to begin dispensing. Its excellent cushioning capabilities keep your goods well protected from impact and damage in transit.
A cost-effective, space-saving alternative to high volume products like bubble wrap and loose fill chips. For this reason, it is ideal for small businesses with limited storage space and low filling requirements.
