Corrugated sleeves weighing 600gsm are lightweight yet strong packaging solutions designed to protect bottles and similar items during shipping. These sleeves are durable, moisture-resistant, and flexible, providing effective shock absorption and shielding. They are easy to use, as you can simply slide them over the product for added protection during transit.

Flexi-Hex is an eco-friendly packaging solution for protecting delicate items like bottles during shipping. It's 100% recyclable, biodegradable, and cost-effective compared to other traditional packaging. The unique honeycomb design, made from 85% recycled paper, offers strength and flexibility. This packaging is a sustainable alternative to plastic padding or foam. It's made from 100% recycled paper, 100% recyclable, biodegradable, and plastic-free. Our corrugated sleeves are versatile and fit various fragile objects, including bottles, glass ornaments, ceramics, jars, and more. They provide excellent protection and adapt to different shapes. Simply align the perforation with the product's base, fold the excess under for a secure fit – no tape or glue needed.

The largest size is suitable for use with products that are between 65mm - 100mm in diameter, maximum of 300mm in height (without folding the bottom) or 270mm (with folding the bottom). Each sleeve has a maximum height but can be easily cut with scissors to fit a range of item heights.

The smaller sleeve is designed for use with 330ml bottles that are between 55 and 90mm in diameter with a maximum height of 240mm without fold and 210mm with fold.

Honeycomb sleeving

Honeycomb protective sleeves are made from 50gsm recycled paper and feature an expandable honeycomb structure that flexes around bottles and other fragile items. Simply open the sleeve and slide it over the product to create protective coverage around its surface without the need for machinery or specialist equipment.

The flexible construction makes honeycomb sleeving suitable for wine, spirits, oils and sauce bottles as well as jars, glassware, ceramics and other fragile products. Its natural kraft appearance also makes it a practical choice for ecommerce, gifting and retail applications where presentation is important.

Honeycomb sleeves are available in a range of sizes, including 300mm and 450mm options that are particularly suited to bottles and taller products. They are supplied in compact packs of 100, helping to reduce storage space around packing areas before use.
